The On-site registration fee includes:

The registration fee for Audience, Student Member/Non-member includes:
- Admission to the Global PBL (robot challenge) (DAY1 and DAY2)
- Admission to all the technical program sessions (DAY3 and DAY4)
Important rules
- Please note that all the presenter needs one registration for each.
- Each Regular presentation needs at least one REGULAR registration (even if student).
- Presentation needs at least one Presenter (even if student).
Registration Deadlines for all participants: October 29th, 2025 (23:59AOE).
(The deadline for bank transfers is the end of November.)
