IPSJ Transactions on System LSI Design Methodology (T-SLDM) is a new
open-access online journal issued twice a year.

Authors are now invited to submit papers for inclusion in the second
issue of T-SLDM to be published in February 2009.

                    ******** Scope ********

Areas of interest include, but are not limited to:
* System LSI Design Methodology
* System LSI Design Experience
* Architecture Design Methodology
* Hardware/Software Co-Design
* Design Description Language
* Behavioral/Logic/Layout Synthesis and Verification
* Test Design and Design for Testability
* Circuit Simulation and Modeling
* Analog CAD
* Technology CAD
* Low Power Design Methodology
* Design for Manufacturability
* Design Environment

             ******** Submission Guideline ********

* Manuscripts should be written in English.
* Authors should prepare submissions as close as possible to the final
  camera-ready format. Authors are highly recommended to use the IPSJ
  style file which can be downloaded from the IPSJ web site.
* There is no strict limit on the number of pages. Nevertheless,
  submissions should be as concise as possible, and unnecessarily long
  submissions will be rejected. The standard length of submissions is as
  follows.
  - Regular papers: 8 - 10 pages
  - Survey papers:  8 - 10 pages
  - Short papers:   4 pages
* Manuscripts which require major revision will be rejected. Minor
  revision will be allowed only once.
