Call for Papers
APRIS2026 invites original papers related to Robot IoT systems, embedded systems, edge/cloud platforms, development methodologies, and applications.
Paper submissions are now open.
Instruction on Formatting Paper
Please see the following format policy very carefully. If a submitted paper does not satisfy the required paper format, it may be rejected without review.
Papers should be written in English. Papers must be prepared using one of the following format files.

The submission paper should be converted to PDF format. The submission paper should include the author’s name, affiliations, title, abstract, figures, tables, references, and acknowledgments. The biography of the authors is not needed.
The length of the Oral / Regular Paper should not exceed 8 pages, and the Poster / Short Paper and Work-in-Progress Paper should not exceed 2 pages. Authors should select the category of the paper in the submission system.
Copyright Transfer Requirement (IPSJ)
For papers accepted for publication in the IPSJ Digital Library, the first author or corresponding author will be required to complete the IPSJ Copyright Transfer process when submitting the camera-ready version.
- Step 1 — Read the Copyright Policy: Please check the IPSJ Copyright Transfer guidelines.
- Step 2 — Download the Copyright Transfer Form: Download the official IPSJ Copyright Assignment Form.
- Step 3 — Complete and Sign the Form.
- Step 4 — Upload the Form: Convert the signed form to PDF and upload it together with the camera-ready paper in the submission system.
Important: Papers without a completed copyright transfer form cannot be included in the IPSJ proceedings.
